Website Redesign

More Than Just a Project

Some projects are just special—and refreshing the website for Home in NoCo was exactly that. A couple of years ago, I had the honor of creating the original site for one of my dearest friends, someone who has mentored, encouraged, and inspired me on my own business journey. So when she came to me wanting a revamp in 2025, I couldn’t wait to dive back in.
This wasn’t just a redesign—it was a chance to reflect how much she and her business had grown, and to give her digital home the fresh look it deserved.

The challenge

Elevating an Already Beautiful Foundation

Home in NoCo needed a site that:

✅ Feel warm and inviting—just like Amy

✅ Reflected her evolving brand and growing team

✅ Highlight her deep love for the Northern Colorado community

✅ Continued to highlight her mission of helping people find home—not just a house

The Process

Purposeful, Personal, and Full of Heart

1. Honoring the Original Vision
We revisited the structure we created a few years ago and reimagined it for today—keeping what worked and enhancing everything else. The new look is sleeker, more refined, and truly aligned with where her business is now.
2. Updated Team, Content & Visuals
We added new team members, updated headshots, and refreshed all the site’s photos and verbiage to reflect the energy and talent behind Home in NoCo. We also showcased their newest awards and accomplishments—highlighting just how much this incredible team continues to thrive.
3. Blog & Listings Integration
We created an easy system for her to update her blog and regularly add new listings, making it simple to grow her portfolio and continue serving her clients with helpful content and up-to-date information.
4. Client-Focused Design
We made it easy for visitors to: ✅ Learn about buying/selling with clarity
✅ Explore featured listings and neighborhoods
✅ Reach out through updated forms and CTAs
✅ Read helpful blogs and stay updated
✅ Get to know the team and their success stories

Working together

A Full-Circle Moment

This project was personal. Years ago, she gave me one of my first big opportunities when we worked together at Tallent Co Communications. She believed in me, mentored me, and helped shape who I am as a business owner. Now, watching her grow her real estate business with such heart and purpose, I couldn’t be more proud to play a small part. Her energy is infectious, her standards are high, and she brings her full self to everything she does. She doesn’t just find people houses—she finds them home.

The results

A Website That Grows with Her Business

The new Home in NoCo site is clean, confident, and full of purpose. It reflects a brand built on trust, care, and genuine passion—and it gives visitors a clear path to explore listings, meet the team, and get inspired.
This site is now a true reflection of the people behind it—with updated everything: team bios, blog posts, listings, photos, awards, and achievements. It’s a celebration of all the incredible progress she and her team have made.

Some projects remind you why you do what you do. This was one of those. I’m so proud of the refreshed site, the collaboration behind it, and the friendship that’s grown along the way. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who brings experience, heart, and dedication, Home in NoCo is where your journey begins. 🏡
